purchased. Normal operating hours are 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time
unless defined as 24/7 in your subscription details.
A Full Refund
will be provided within 10 days of your purchase under the
following conditions: (1) You have not called for assistance
and request a refund via telephone or by e-mail to
info@411travelexpert.com (2) You call the telephone contact
number you were assigned when you purchased your subscription
and requested a refund (3) You were advised by 411 Travel
Expert no help is available to meet your needs and a refund is
offered to you and you have not previously received
assistance/help from 411 Travel Expert (4) You have reached a
refund agreement with a 411 Travel Expert Expert and it is
decided the service you purchased does not meet your needs and
you have not previously used the service of 411 Travel Expert.
In the event of refund your account will be closed. To re-open
an account you will be required to re-subscribe.
